Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EntropyX. By accessing the service, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance

By creating a workspace, signing in, or otherwise using EntropyX, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

EntropyX provides a 3D-first computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) and related tooling, including the Shelby AI assistant. Features available to you depend on the plan associated with your workspace.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to violate applicable law.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or breach the service.
  • Do not upload content you are not authorised to upload.
  • Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages or malicious code.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of the content your workspace uploads (3D models, asset records, documents, schedules). You grant EntropyX a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Fees and trials

Pricing for paid tiers will be communicated separately. Early-access usage may be offered free of charge under a separate design-partner arrangement.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, fraudulent use, or risk to the service or other customers.

8. Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntropyX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business. Specific jurisdictional clauses will be confirmed before public launch.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account owners by email before they take effect.
