Your plant, in 3D.Your maintenance, in order.
The industrial CMMS that starts with a 3D twin of your facility — not a spreadsheet. Click a pump, see its history, schedule its next service. Ask Shelby anything.
Your facility isn't a spreadsheet. So why is your CMMS one?
Maintenance planners shouldn't hunt through a tree of asset codes to find the pump in front of them. Operators shouldn't log a breakdown in a modal three windows deep. Your plant is already 3D — the interface should be too.
Searching a tree of codes
"What was that tag again? EQ-00412-A or EQ-0412A?" Finding an asset in a legacy CMMS takes more clicks than it should.
Forms so deep nobody fills them
If logging a breakdown takes fifteen minutes, nobody logs breakdowns. Your data gets worse every week.
Specs scattered across drives
OEM manual in SharePoint. P&ID in AutoCAD. Maintenance record in the CMMS. Last breakdown note in someone's inbox.
No one trusts the data
Reports are built in Excel overnight. By the time they hit your inbox, they're stale — and subtly wrong.
AI bolted on, not built in
"Copilots" that can't read your P&ID or query your history. A chat tab that doesn't know your plant exists.
Click a pump.
See its history.
That's it.
Drop in your 3D model. EntropyX indexes every part, accelerates selection for instant clicks, and wires each mesh to the full asset lifecycle. Section-isolate, orbit, fly-to, and measure — all built in.
Instant selection
Millions of triangles, sub-frame click response. Load full plant models without thinking about polycount.
Section isolate
Hide everything that isn't the train you're working on. One hotkey, three modifier combos, zero menus.
Transform gizmos
Position, rotate, scale — with snapping. Maintain your model without leaving the viewer.
Click → everything
Every part is a live asset. Spec sheet, history, documents, next service — in the panel, at the speed of thought.
Ask your plant anything.
Shelby reads your spec sheets, your history, your uploaded OEM manuals — and answers in plain English. Not a bolted-on chat tab. A native agent with read-write access to your plant data.
A real agent, not a chat tab
51 read-write tools. Live data. Retrieval over every PDF, DOCX and XLSX you drag in. Streaming responses with visible reasoning.
Every KPI your plant manager asks for — already there.
No overnight exports. No Excel macros. Availability, compliance, MTBF, budget burn, resource utilization — computed live from the same data operators log.
Shut down safely.
Plan confidently.
Run turnarounds through phased plans with scoped asset lists and daily logs. Simulate budget cuts, resource changes, or extra breakdowns — and see the projected hit on availability and compliance before you commit.

Engineers who stopped fighting their CMMS.
Process plants, mines, refineries, utilities. Teams that got tired of explaining their SAP screens to new hires.
We switched from a legacy CMMS that cost us $400k a year. EntropyX paid for itself in eight weeks. Shelby alone saved us one FTE of data wrangling — and our planners actually enjoy using it. The 3D view isn't a gimmick; it's how everyone talks about the plant now.
The first CMMS my ops crew didn't need to be trained on. They just click the pump.
Shelby read our OEM manuals and told us which pumps were out of spec on lubrication intervals. In week one.
Ripped out Maximo. Haven't looked back.
Questions engineers actually ask.
The short answers. Our docs go deeper, and every plan includes access to a real human engineer, not a chatbot (unless you specifically want one — Shelby is happy to help).
What 3D formats do you support?
GLTF and GLB today. Support for OBJ, FBX, IFC, Revit, and AutoCAD exports is coming soon. If you already have a digital twin in another format, talk to us — we'll help you export to GLTF in the meantime.
How long does it take to get a plant loaded?
Most teams are on the viewer within a day. Drop in your GLB, drag assets onto the Asset Register, and you're live. Shelby starts indexing documents the moment you upload them.
Does Shelby have access to the internet?
No. Shelby is scoped to your workspace data and the documents you upload. Inference runs on an enterprise LLM provider under a no-training data agreement — your prompts are never used to train foundation models. Shelby's database tools are read-only. Provider details available under NDA.
How is our data secured?
Workspace isolation enforced at the data layer, TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, bcrypt-hashed passwords, encrypted session cookies, rate limits on login and registration, and audit trails on asset changes. SOC 2 Type II is on the roadmap — we are not yet certified. Full details on the security page.
Can we keep using our existing CMMS?
Yes. Most teams run EntropyX alongside SAP PM or Maximo for 3-6 months, then phase the legacy system out. Native connectors aren't live yet — during the transition we'll help you map work orders and assets across systems so nothing falls through the cracks.
